The legislative branch makes the nation's laws, and confirms the presidential appointments. In this branch, they have 435 members, and if a state gains a member a different state loses a member, and this system is called apportionment. The legislative branch is separated into two different branches- the senate, and house. The senate has two members per state, and you have to be 30 years of age, their duties include making countries laws, and declaring war. In the house legislative branch you must be 25 years old, must live in the state you are being elected in, and be a citizen for several years. Also in the house their duties are to approve treaties, write laws, and grant money.

In the executive branch, they propose law, administer the laws, command armed forces, appoints ambassadors and other officials, conducts foreign policy, and makes treaties. This branch enforces the laws made, and the head is the most powerful elected leaders in the U.S. To qualitybeing head/ president you have to be native-born, a U.S. citizen, at least 35 years of age, and need to be a resident of U.S. for 14 years. This branch is the one that's orders have power in law.

The judicial branch interprets the constitution, and other laws. This court also reviews the lower courts decision. This court is also made of federal courts controlled by the U.S. Supreme Court which is creates the system of lower district and circuit courts. Federals courts can strike down a state if the court finds a law unconstitutional, and then they try to revise it. The president appointments to federal courts to keep federal judges free of party influence. The lower courts are divided according to cases over which have jurisdiction, Each state has 94 district courts, and if someone committed a crime the person may take the case to the courts of appeals which has 13 courts. Each panel of judges were to decide if cases heard in the lower courts were approached upon appropriately. If the judges were to accept the original outcome, the case might be passed to the lower courts.
