Original Wording: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Explanation: This amendment insures that people have the right to turn down authority to search homes accused of murders. To search a house you would need a search warrant to go through someones house and evidence that you would find something in the house.
